Made this for a going away party thrown by a co-worker. His friends had been stationed here in Idaho for a few years, and he wanted them to remember their time here. That strange looking creature coming out of the "o" is a whistle pig...aka ground hog. They're all over the place here! Chocolate cake iced in buttercream and decorated with gumpaste mountains and crushed graham cracker sand.
