I made this for a co-worker's birthday; it was a surprise so she was absolutely delighted! Red velvet with crusting cream cheese icing and filling, all from scratch. Thank you to azeboi2005 here on CC for the decorators cream cheese recipe!! It was wonderful for crusting over, yet the taste was outstanding. I sliced strawberries for the border and on top. Sprinkled with Wiltons Cake Sparkles. First time using them and I really liked it. Thanks for looking.
