Does anyone know how to make publix buttercream icing or an icing that tastes as close as possible to it. I absolutely love their icing but can't find anything even close.
make a batch of IMBC and a batch of Wilton's shortening and ps frosting. Mix the two together. Not exact but very close.
Publix uses Brill brand icing.
