What is the largest cake pan size you are aware of? I have a potential customer who wants a huge cake for a wedding but wants the bottom tier huge. icon_smile.gif

Most cake designs I've seen with "huge" bases are composed of a number of cakes put together. I've seen these in the hardback Wilton cake books. (Isn't the 16" round the largest round one with the 18" round actually being two halves of a round pan?)

well you could put any sizes of square cake pans together, but something to think about is doorways, make sure all the doorways will be big enough to get the cake and board through, if you end up making a big base tier., not to mention your vehicle for delivering!!!

Another thing to consider is the interior of your oven. Maybe you can measure it first?
