Hi!
I'm looking for the REAL number on a 15'' petal shape cake. I seen on the web, the numbers come from 64 to 96...
My portions is normally: 1''X 2'' x 4'' (almost 5'').
Thanks to all for your reply!

I would say in the low 70's -- a 15" petal is basically a 13" round cake* with wings right? so a thirteen inch serves 67 so the extra scalloped bits are gonna feed maybe sixteen more servings in a perfect world -- so ultimately you could get over 80 but factor in the skill of the cake server and the wonkiness of the odd shaped cake and around 70 servings is my opinion --
*but I don't have that pan anymore so I can't measure -- if it's closer to a solid 14" round cake add ten servings
(serving charts are suggestions)

you know -- measure from the point between two scallops across the pan to the corresponding point to determine its core shape -- if it's 13" then 70ish -- if it's 14" you'll get 80ish

That is what I'm thinking for the measurement! You think the samed thing than me. Thank you for your help!!
