Hi. Does anyone have a good sugar free cookie and icing recipe that you'd be willing to share? It needs to be able to be made in to a large cookie (like the ones that you find in the cookie stores in the mall). I would like some suggestions on a sugar free frosting or icing too! 
NOT Stevia recipes! My customer hates Stevia!

I made these cookies at Christmas. https://twosleevers.com/almond-flour-cookies/ I made individual cookies, so not sure if recipe will make one large cookie. I use erythritol that I turn into icing sugar in my vitamix blender. Then it’s the usual icing, butter, milk, or milk substitute, like almond milk, erythritol icing sugar and flavouring. I do believe you can buy Swerve icing sugar as well. Hope this helps.
