Hi everyone, i am from the uk and i have had a go at making iced cookies, i have made the cookies using butter and iced them with runny royal icing. I left them to dry and then packaged them up in clear cello bags. I came back the next day and the white icing turned yellow from the butter in the cookies. Does anybody know how i can stop this from happening as i want to make beautifully cookies like on the wilton website. Please help me.

try adding icing whitener. I use it for all of my white icing, because the royal has a yellow tint to it. Sorry your cookies didn't turn out right!
