I’m making a mermaid cake. I’d like to do a carved mermaid tail cake like these.
What would be the best way to create a thin strong tail? I like the ones that look wavy and delicate rather than flat but I’m really not sure how to achieve it on a big scale and without it snapping. It will have to be transported for up to an hour by car. Any ideas please?
