Is there a template or fondant mold for this design on black at bottom of cake ? I can’t free hand draw this :(

It is a stencil. Google cake stencils and you will finds tons of them, maybe not this exact one, but close enough.

Ok ! And is this cake fondanted ? And what’s the best way or icing to get this Perfect design look with smudges and all ? Thks ! Your advices are greatly appreciated !

This cake does appear to be fondant, but a stencil can be used on crusted buttercream too. The stenciling can be done with buttercream, ganache, or petal dusts, depending upon your preference. You need to watch some tutorials.
