Hello everyone,
I am going to bake some brownies Sunday, but the recipe calls for instant espresso powder. I went to the whole food store, Walmart and Target and they only carry coffee but not instant espresso powder. What type of instant espresso powder that you use and where do you purchase it?

I always had trouble finding it when I needed it but on the off time I would see it here or there — but you can use regular freeze dried coffee — it won’t be exactly the same but it does give the coffee pop — I was always fine with that — I never did ever buy any though —
I dissolve it in whatever liquid is in the recipe
I recently ordered it from King Arthur Flour, but always in the past, I've done exactly as -K8memphis suggested and it works just fine.
I get my espresso powder at Walmart. It's on the baking aisle next to the cocoa powder.
