
So I'm making a chocolate cheesecake for a birthday and I completely forgot to add 3/4 c heavy cream, that the recipe calls for. Did I just totally ruin the cheesecake?


it’s not ruined in that it will be 100% edible but it will not be as light — it will also be more chocolately— if it was for pay I would do it over — otherwise i’d be impatiently waiting for it to cool so I could eat some

how did it go? also:
