Jumbo Cupcake Makers: My Frosted Cupcakes Are So Tall! How Do You Box Them??

I've recently started making jumbo cupcakes. I had to make my own insert because I couldn't find a cupcake box tall enough to accommodate the height of my cupcakes. I need to find a box that is made of Kraft paper with a 6-cupcake insert that is 6" tall. I have found inserts that are 12" x 9".
Has anyone solved this problem?
