Apparently this is a tough photo to come by...??? But I seem to have it so I though I would share with you guys. First of all what do you guys think of it?? I think it's gorgeous, somebody very talented built this cake! (IMHO) Anyways...Here's my dilema. A bride wants this cake and I can't figure out what the heck the outside is covered in...any ideas?? fondant?? white chocolate?? I'm really not sure. Here's the hilarious part. I e-mailed Dr. Phil to see if he can help me out... I hope he takes me seriously and doesn't think I'm just a loose nut...I'll keep you guys posted. In the meantime please help me brainstorm...

All I can think to say is "charge the heck out of it my dear!"...
To me it looks like modeling chocolate -- can't think of the book that had the technique for doing it in though... Of course, most of my collection is lent out to my SIL right now..

Lisamae did a similar style. you could ask how she did hers.

I don't know if this helps or not, but I was able to find this on the web:
Jay McGraw, eldest some of Dr. Phil and Robyn McGraw, was married in August to Erica Dahm. The wedding, coordinated by Edgardo Zamora of Revelry Event Design...
Also, this might help: http://www.wireimage.com/GalleryListing.asp?nbc1=1&navtyp=CAL====205307&ym=200608

You know Dr. Phil's show yesterday was on stalkers
. You might be careful what you say if you email him again
.
One internet site said the reception was at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Maybe you can get some info from them?
