Hello!
I'm new to the forum and new to baking. My goal for the New Year is to make a new bake every week, from bread to cake to pastry. However, I live in a house with very few baking supplies because I never really baked.
This question in particular is about cookie sheet pans. Our old one was absolutely HIDEOUS, warped and covered in black goop -- I just threw it in the trash. I think it was very cheap. I'd like to get something that I could potentially put in the dishwasher. I saw recommendations for Fat Daddio's and Magic Line. Do they have good cookie sheet pans too?
