How To Paint Gold Streaks On Cake(Image In The Post)

Can anyone help me with how to do these gold streaks on the cake? Is there a tutorial somewhere?

This is an image by the client. It is a little blurred, but is an only image available to me right now.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thansk in Advance.

Looks like they were painted on with a dry brush.  Just dry your brush each time before dipping it into your paint mixture, and then use a light touch.  Its easier to add more color than to take it off.  Just practice on a paper towel until you feel comfortable.  Good luck!

I agree w/cutiger.   And if the practice work isn't come out like you want try mixing  extract (like lemon or vanilla) or vodka in the powder

Either gold leaf sheets or metallic gold edible powder with a fine brush.

I would paint on gold highlighter mixed with vodka with a wide brush.
