Hello All, I need some help and advise here. I am looking for a fail proof Vanilla cupcake recipe that is oil based or melted butter is good too. I have tried many recipes from the net but they are mostly butter based and I find them quite dry after 1 day. Do you usually do a butter based or oil based recipe for Vanilla cupcakes? Would you mind sharing your go to Vanilla cupcake recipe please? Also similar query for Red Velvet cupcakes. Many thanks in advance
