Help With Design....ciroc Bottle Cake

My first thought would be to use a thoroughly washed pvc pipe pushed down into the center of the cake with an opening just large enough to fit the top of and part of the neck of the bottle. I would possibly even go as far as getting a pvc flange to attach to the top of the pvc pipe to provide additional support to the bottle and give some protection to the cake (the flange would sit flat on top of the cake). And of course I would deliver/have the cake picked up with the bottle separate from the cake and then just add the bottle once at the final location.
