My family has been getting a cake at this bakery in a upstate New York town d or 40+ years. They call it a Vienna Torte but after moving all around the country nobody else we asked made these.

Layers of chocolate and white cake. With layers of raspberry and also apricot jam. The frosting is light...

Any help would be appreciated thank you to all in advance.

I would place a pretty good bet on that cake just being someone's creation at that specific bakery.  Using the raspberry and apricot fillings sort of echoes a Sachertorte and linzertorte cookies.  The picture looks like they might use raspberry and apricot pastry fillings, like Solo, vs regular jarred jam. Since they're making it sort of pseudo-European, the frosting could be a real buttercream since it doesn't look like whipped cream. Maybe a German buttercream?  That's basically butter beaten into pastry cream.  Not regular pastry cream but a sort of thicker, stiffer pastry cream.
