I’m going to start selling fudge for the holidays. The recipe I have costs $5.90 to make and it’s in a 8x8 pan. When I sell it should I sell it by the whole pan? If so how much do you recommend I charge? I know fudge is typically sold in pounds.. I’m not sure how many pounds are in the 8x8 pan. Any help/suggestions are appreciated!

get a scale -- where are you selling? consider selling a quarter pound for nearly a half pound price and sell the the full pound -- $5.90 is not for time and utilities and dish soap, paper towels, transportation etc. -- what about packaging? you want nice cute packaging --

best to you
