Hey guys! One of my regular customers wants this cake, done in buttercream! ( I don't use fondant, I use candy clay instead but don't cover cakes in it unless necessary! ) The only thing I'm curious about getting right is the color! For the shading portions would airbrushing be the best choice or brushing on petal/luster dust? I have brushed the luster dust on buttercream before with good results I just want to be sure I get the color right!

If I airbrush I have americolor copper/fleshtone, not sure if that would be the right choice for the dark gold tones? I also have americolor gold sheen and duff's pearl airbrush color that I was going to use to give it a sheen.

Thanks in advance!! :)

Angie
