I doubt that anything baked will look "rose gold" when it's done. If you add pink to yellow cake mix, you'll get tan/brown.
As for icing/decos, that can be done by mixing a rose/pink/copper with gold, as recommended above. Roxy & Rich make edible dusts using FDA approved colors that would work nicely.
