Oh man!! Here's what I have: 2 lbs butter, 16 oz. cream cheese,  One cup Sweetex, 7 tablespoons wedding bouquet, 11 tablespoons coffee mate liquid. After beating this on low speed for eight minutes, this is what I have! It's like it's curdled. I don't understand. I've made this recipe before, only using half the recipe, with perfect success.  The only difference is that I normally cream the butter, then add Sweetex, and then the cream cheese, and last the liquids. Can it really make a difference to cream everything together as opposed to separately??
