I have a client that wants a baby shower cake similar to this one. At first I thought this cake was a 4, 6, 8 but now I'm thinking it's a 6, 8, 10. What do you think?

Well I'd say the question is rather how many servings does your client require?

There is no pic for us to assess.   As julia said, it really doesn't matter much what size the pictured cake is but how many servings are needed.
