Hi all,

I have been on the hunt for years for a large sized square muffin pan.  I have used several small (standard sized cupcake) square pans before, but I can't bring myself to sell those dinky things.

I have attempted to cobble things together to suit my needs (going so far as to get square pipe custom cut for me to use as a pseudo ring mold), and every time I have come up short.

Anyone has any idea where I can look for something like this? Silicone mats? Pans?  Single molds?

Hi Nerdy, how big a pan cavity and how many pans do you need? You can have mine, it's 2 3/8 inches across. [postimage id="5786" thumb="900"]

An option, using the pan size you already have, to create larger muffins: Using a thick batter, increase the batter amount per muffin so it's slightly mounded. Starting temp at least 400 degrees until you see a crust forming, then drop the heat about 50 degrees. The final size will look quite big. Email me if you have questions. Good luck!

I have one like Mimi's and one that is deeper. They hold about 50% more batter than a standard cupcake pan. I got mine from Amazon.

I have this one from Michael's. Each square is about 3.25", but they're not very deep...maybe an inch or so
