Light Fluffy Delicious Cream Filling That Can Hold A Piped Design?
Decorating By Miriamrr Updated 1 Nov 2016 , 11:33am by -K8memphis

I don't have it, I'm searching for it! Lol
I had a cake that was filled and frosted with a cream like frosting, its smooth and pillowy, tastes delicious, and was piped into the cake and held the shape , there were also the same cake with the same frosting in rosettes and they stayed fine. I attached a picture of what it looks like. Maybe this is something simple but I don't know what it's called...
Totally not buttercream, at least not the buttercream that I use.
if anyone has a recipe like this please post, my buttercream is too sweet to do inside and all over a cake so looking for an alternative like this :)
thanks Y'all!!![postimage id="5520" thumb="900"]

Stabilized whipped cream so freaking good!

Look up Wilton stabilized whip cream recipe on internet. If you don't have piping gel you can just use instant pudding which will stabilize frosting. The other day I made a cake and for my frosting here is what I used.
one pkg dream whip
one pkg instant pudding (your choice of flavor) I used cheesecake flavor
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
I whipped this up and it got very thick like frosting. I am pretty sure I could have piped with it but I only threw it on top of my cake.
Normally I don't use cake mixes but I had a box of gluten free vanilla cake mix made from Bob's Mill. After cooking cake I mixed one can sweetened condensed milk, one can of cream of coconut and juice from one 15 oz can of pineapple. I mixed up and poked holes in cake and poured on top of hot cake. Then I spread pineapple on top of cake. Then I mixed up the frosting and put that on top. It was very good. The frosting was not too sweet and tasted so good.
The person I made this for said they wanted me to make this for them again for Xmas. It was that good!!! Think next time I would add strawberries on top of the frosting part in addition to the pineapple which would be under the frosting part.

look for rich's better cream -- yes its non-dairy comes in liquid form in the refrigerator section but after you whip it it's not fridged --
