Old Hollywood Wedding Cake

I have a friend's cake to do in September, theme is old Hollywood. About 100 guests so thinking 6", 9", and 12" round. But easily changeable.
Her flower is red roses. Colours are red and gold, she's happy with black as an accent colour too.
So what do you guys think? Old Hollywood hmmm nothing is jumping out for me via internet or my own brain. Any design ideas ladies?
Go to google and do a search for "ginger rogers movie costumes" and a bunch of design ideas will come up. I always go straight to the textiles for ideas and to get the feel of the era.
That hollywood themed link is nice but I don't think many of them are 'old' hollywood. The last 2 would be more like it. Hope you can handle something like those.........don't know your skill level.

Old Holly Wood is the Art Deco era.......look up art deco inspired cakes :)
wow Creativeconfectioner you really came up with some nice inspiration pix for her :) The one by Sugar Pot and the one w/a peonie 2 pix below it are especially nice for the theme
