Need Budget Countertop Oven Advice For Startup Commerical Kitchen

I am on a pretty tight budget purchasing the remaining items to complete my commercial kitchen. I am in need of a countertop oven that will accommodate half sheet pans yet have seen mixed reviews about some of the products that I have seen. I bake sugar cookies and make macarons on half size sheet pans (I am a currently operating as a cottage food baker) for my sweets. I have been looking at a Waring Pro and Avantco type oven and is wondering if anyone else has used this product or something similar with some pretty decent results in baking. My budget is $500 and under as everything that could go wrong in the commercial kitchen project has. I am just wanting some additional advice prior to making another purchase that may result in endless headache trying to get a refund or replacement. TIA


this one is smaller but it's also new and you can do three pans at a time basically one and a half times your current 1/2 sheet pan amount but it is also under budget ;)

bingo -- pretty sure this takes 1/2 sheet pans, used but the price is right -- although the shipping pops you $150 unless you are close to springdale arkansas
