Does anyone have a "me too" recipe for the Costco cream cheese mousse filling?  I just had a request for it and I have no idea what's in it...I never had the opportunity to try it.  Thanks!

I you google it there are copy cat recipes available.  I've never made it so I don't want to just post a recipe. But they involve a pudding mix that is the flavor that you want the mousse to have...

Thanks Savannah...There are quite a few available all with different techniques.  I'm really trying to find the exact replica for this client...it's for her wedding and she's very special to me.  I want it to be precisely as she requested.  I'll keep poking along trying to figure it out:-)

Hello Babster, I was able to find this old recipe. I have used it before but with a cheesecake pudding mix and it was very good. It also held it's shape and wasn't a runny filling. Hope this helped.

Thanks so much Rebeca!  I'll give this one a try tomorrow.  I have all the ingredients...I'll keep you posted.  I tried one today that was made with Dream Whip and was so artificial tasting I can't imagine filling a scratch cake with it.  I have one more week to get it straight.

Thank you once again!
