You probably can't make a baked cake in a crock-pot, but I once made banana bread in a crockpot and it was to die for!! It crusted on the sides of the crockpot, though. My guess is if you were to try to make an actual cake in a crockpot it would stick to the sides. But try banana bread!!! So good!!
