Carving A Teddy Bear Cake - A.s.a.p.

I need to make an extra large 3D teddy bear carved out of cake (feeds 50-60 people). Of course the 3D cake pans are not large enough. I cant seem to find a tutorial. Even if the tutorial was for a smaller cake, I could adjust it. Anyone have any tips/videos/links to help me out PLEASE?
