Dishwashers, High Temp, Nsf Certified For The Home Bakery?

Is anyone using one that pass health department inspection at 165 degrees or above on the Sani Cycle? If so, what model and how has it worked for you please?

Look for an undercounter bar dishwasher - that should work for you.
