Peanut Butter Frosting/filling No P. Sugar!

AI'm making pb cookie sandwiches and theyre supposed to be filled with a pb and powdered sugar mixture. But I don't have any powdered sugar and I don't have a blender or foodnprocessor to just make it. any good recipe for a pb filling/frosting sans powdered sugar.
Do you have the ingredients for IMBC? I just add peanut butter to that.
AA very scant amount of sugar.
As for sweeteners I do have darkncorn syrup
