Could any of you recommend your favorite tool for creating a brickwork impression on fondant? I'm making a castle cake.

Wilton just came out with some new impression mats, that includes a brick pattern. I saw them recently at Michaels.

AYep. Impression mat. I got one at hobby lobby.
