Does Anyone Know Where These Cupcake Liners Can Be Bought?
Baking By SimplyCupNcakes Updated 20 Aug 2013 , 5:41pm by SimplyCupNcakes

These cupcake liners are like the danish Royal blue china called Mussel. Being from Denmark and baking a lot of cupcakes I would love to have these, but I cannot find them anywhere. I even wrote Royal Copenhagen who manufactures the china, but they told me they did not make these, and they had never seen these liners before.
I originally found the picture on Pinterest, and some detective work revealed an older swedish cake blog where the owner couldn't quite remember where she bought them.
So I figured one of you guys might have seen these somewhere?

I would check Michaels Crafts. They seem to have a bunch of really unusual ones lately. I purchased some with Roosters on them

I've looked at a LOT of liners online, but have never seen those. You may wish to make your own wraps. Although I am not "crafty" with paper items, I know that many people have templates for making your own cupcake wraps. Perhaps another poster can provide some information regarding a "how-to tutorial"?

Thanks for your reply Tammy, I just looked through their online shop but unfornately I had no luck

AHere's something similar.

In the past, Royal Copenhagen licensed companies to make various things. My dining room has RC Blue Fluted wallpaper and the draperies are made from matching fabric. I don't remember the cupcake liners, but it's possible that they just aren't available anymore, like the wallpaper, fabric, tablecloths, etc. I would try to make cupcake wrappers with the design taken from the dishes. I wonder what you get when you scan a plate?
If that doesn't work, these are pretty:

Thanks for your replies. And yes it is possible they are not on the market anymore. I think the blog I read was some 2 years old.
I have spent hours searching for them, on etsy.com in particular. This is my last try before I give up on finding these cupcake liners ;)

I took the advice and made som wrappers, I am still working on a set of different ones. This pattern is a modern version of the pattern on the cupcake liners. It is called Blue Mega Mussel.
Thank you very much for trying to help me, and thanks for the advices ;) I don't think I will ever find those cupcake liners, I need to move on ;)

AThose are lovely. Post a picture with the final product when you can:)

This may be where you already found them (but the blog date is Jan 13) and I dont think this is any more help since if my reading of Google's translation is right she doesn't know where she got them but thought I'd share this anyway:

Your Blue Mega Mussel wraps are beautiful! A wrapper will be much, much prettier than that paper cupcake liner which would "muddy" up and lose the crisp white and blue color definition anyway once the batter is cooked.
Shanter~~ I LOVE your liners. Beautiful.

Now I'm wondering if I have an old piece of wallpaper I could scan. Or perhaps the draperies. I haven't tried scanning a plate because they're not flat.
I'm curious,

Based on the comments it looks like she bought the wrappers at Panduro Hobby, but Panduro no longer sells them :( sorry
I found some that are sort of close though:

Thank you everybody for all your replies, but I am looking for exactly these cupcake liners. I also read the blog long time ago, where it said she bought them in Panduro Hobby, but they are not available in that shop in Sweden nor in Denmark. So after spending hours searching the internet and in particularly etsy.com, I thought that one of you might have seen it somewhere. Seems not to be the case though. So I guess they are not on the market anymore.
I have made some wrappers myself, see the picture earlier in this thread, and they will have to do although I was looking for something else. I will simply end my search here. But thanks for all your replies :)

There are comments made regarding the RC cupcake liners. One posts that they are found at Panduro. Panduro is a Euro company. I went to their Swedish and UK site to browse for these beautiful cupcake liners but did not find them, unfortunately. This is a lead that I hope proves fruitful, if you are still interested. Perhaps you can have some luck inquiring to Panduro.

I bought some at Netto in Copenhagen last week! They have tea towels, brooms, cupcake liners, microfibre cloths, tea towels and dustpan & broom sets all in the Royal Copenhagen pattern. The cupcake liners are packaged under ronald.dk. Hope you find them!

I've just compared the Netto ones to the ones you're looking for and saw that they're not exactly the same (sorry!) but pretty close...

I have bought a huge stack of these cupcake liners from Netto. I used them for the first time the other day (the white ones) and they are the best cupcake liners I have ever used! They keep their shape and color, and they do not get greasy on the outside. They are awesome! I rushed in Netto and got me a couple packages more ;)
