What Pan Size?4" Round & 7" Round (6 Inch High

Please--I am looking to find the pan sizes for this cake-- does it look like a 4 inch round (4 inch high/2layer) and a 7 inch round base (6 or is it 8 inch high)? To stack the base does it need a separator in the middle....what is the best way to do that??? Thank you!!

The bottom does look like a double barrel so I would say yes it's probably 8 inches high with a seperator in the middle. The top tier I'm not sure of the height but I would say there is a diameter difference of 3-4 inches between the top and bottom tier.
