I have never used it before but it's available at the King Arthur Flour website. They have a pretty thorough description of the product, package info and 14 pages of reviews.

i have it and have yet to have good success with it. However, i have not used it in a recipe that was designed specifically for it. Just added to my own recipes in the way it suggests to do so. My advice...its not that expensive so why not try it. But make sure to do plenty of test bakes before sending one out the door.
