Hi. I have made the pineapple upside down and a chocolate cake recipe from the back of the Nordic Ware pans. Both were delicious! Does anyone have any other Nordic Ware Recipes that they will share with me? Thanks.

Hi Kathy - i did a google search by typing Nordic Ware Recipes - there are quite a few links you can click onto - each showing a different recipe....

AThe recipe that came with the honeycomb cake pan is delicious - honey and lemon.

Basic 4 egg cake recipe with lemon rind and then when out of the oven and turned out glazed w lemon/honey/powdered sugar mix. It's a big cake - great for a party!

The Dad's Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Filling is excellent, I have brought it in to work and people always rave about it.  It's in the 2008 Bundt cake listing.

AForgot you need 1 cup of sour cream in the lemon honey cake mix for the honeycomb pan. Let me know if you need more detail!
