Hi All CCers,What vacuum machines / food saver brand do you recommend to vacuum-seal and wrap cookies? I have been asked to vacuum seal cookies instead of wrapping in cellophane and tying for commercial purposes.Thanks,Pearl
I have a heat sealer, but it does not vacuum. I got it from Triton Pakaging. so far I have only used the Wilton bags from M's, and they do great.
Just a note about vacuum sealing...Be sure to check with your HD. Sealing the bags usually requires a label, as it is no longer unpackaged goods, which is where most bakery goods fall.
