I have a Sweet 16th birthday cake due this coming Saturday and the teen wants a tap shoe on her cake and I have searched the net all over for a tutorial or even just templates and I have come up with nada! HELP!!!!! Can anybody help me here? I have never, EVER made a gumpaste shoe before and I need all of the help I can get STAT!

When I make shoes I like to have a model or a picture in front of me. When I can not find a template I try to free hand it.
