Please, Monster Truck, Off Road 4 X 4 Truck Cake..ideas

Hi!
I really want to create a special cake, the theme is off road 4 x 4 racing trucks, like monster trucks but with like Jeeps and SUV's... ít's for my brother in law who is a fan..I don't know what to do to make the cake stand out... 
they have given me the actual truck they want me to put on the cake... and I guess making like a dirt road and that sort of thing is in order... but what to do to make it special? help please.... 
I don't have many ideas and the cake is due on sunday...

You don't have to make the jeep, so that will save some time, why don't you make a big sheet cake, and decorate the top like a dirt track, splatter chocolate all over the cake and the jeep for mud, you could have trees, stones and the main track going through the cake, heres the special bit that I can think of.
You have the jeep splattered in "mud" stuck back end down in a big hole, full of mud, then you make a little fondant/gumpaste figure of your brother in law stuck waist deep in the mud behind the jeep trying to push it out. What do you think?
