


i've done a marble cake with a cookies and cream filling.

Whip cream or whipped chocolate ganache sound good to me. I made a marble cake a while ago and used Charlottes whipped BC recipe...it was very smooth, light, creamy and didn't need to be refridgerated. Next time I make a marble cake I'm going to try the ganache.

These all sound like yummy suggestions. If nobody has problems with peanut allergies, there's a peanut butter-brown sugar filling in the recipe section here that would be lovely, too.
