Bake cupcakes and flatten them with a cutting board or flat heavy pan right out of the oven..About 5-10 seconds...Take a cake board and set the cupcakes one by one...staggered in between one another to eliminate holes.After you are happy with the layout put a dab of icing under each cupcake and set it back down.Take Wilton large icer tip and cover the entire top and smooth out.Do any design etc..Add border..very easy to do...
