Help With A Birthday Cake For A Religious Person

I am stumped...I have an order for a birthday cake for a woman who is very religious. They want a cake for 125 people that is elegant, has the "wow" factor but they still want to incorporate Jesus/Bible Verses/Angels etc. Does anyone have and ideas?? Your help is greatly needed and appreciated.
There are lots of ideas if you search "open bible" here on CC. Some very elegant ones...
I did a cake for a preacher that was a book that was supposed to look like a bible with with a coffee mug and cinnamon roll.
Maybe you could do a book with a bookmark hanging out of the book with a bible verse?
I was thinking of the open bible, but they want the cake to still look like a tiered birthday cake. I will take another look at some cakes here on cc.

I think incorporating the look of stained glass would be nice!... stained glass cross?
For my very religious grandmother's 100th birthday i did 3 tiers: top and bottom tier as rounds, middle tier as minicakes/petal pan. I wrote lines from a bible verse on the top and bottom tiers and put a design on every other of the minicakes/petals.
