I have a friend who's wife is from the Ukraine and he asked me to make her something sspecial for her Birthday - It can be a cake or a Dessert - Does anyone have any good recipies they could share. It is just for the two of them and I wanted to try to make it more traditional for her then just our birthday cake.

Any help will be appreciated.
