I like Americolor neon green. Comes in a squeeze bottle, which is a huge help.
The supermarkets around here sell neon food colors, too. I think McCormick makes it. If you don't have time to order from anywhere, that might be the solution for you
At Michaels, Duff's got an electric set that has a very bright green in it.

I have McCormick's neon colors. I wasn't impressed 
the colors come out more pastel than neon.

I love americolor electric green but I have used Wilton when that was all that I had.
To get lime green with Wilton..tint with Lemon Yellow first then add Leaf Green until you get the right shade. I had to use this a couple of times and it works great.
I was wondering if it was Americolor, but there are other brands that also come in the squirt bottles. I'll do a comparison sometime when I think about it.
