No recipe but Duncan Hines sells a pineapple mix.
I have a box mix one. I use DH cake mix. follow box recipe except add pineapple juice in place of water. Take a can of CRUSHED pineapple. Drain it well. Then place the pineapple between pieces of papertowel and squish it until all the juice is removed. (may have to replace the paper towel a few times.) Removing the juice is a crucial step. Make sure the pineapple is dry!! Then add it to the DH mix stir so pineapple is distributed evenly and pour into your greased/floured pans at 325. cook time will vary depending on pan size. cake tester will come out clean when done.
