Do you sell any non-food items in your shop such as candles, party supplies, balloons, etc?

In most of the local bakeries in my area I find candles.

I sell candles too. Cheap investment (I got the big stand from decopac . com) and they'll sell.

Just a thought, but depending on how the candles are fragranced and/or packaged - you could wind up with candle scented baked goods. (Container candles would be fine.)

But I'm remembering the year one of my DF's gave me a tart burner w/cellophane packaged tarts and boxed chocolates in one Xmas package... Unfortunately, the chocolates tasted liked the wax tarts smelled so I had to throw them out! icon_cry.gif

thanks for the response. and yes i was talking about birthday candles. Thanks for the info kory. decopac is one of the companies on my list to get an account with once i have my FIN set up.
