I have a full sheet cake due on Sunday. I have SpongeBob, Patrick, andSquidwird figurines. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how to make a pineapple house? Thanks for any suggestions.

do you want to make it out of cake???? maybe you can use the wondermold and shape it a little. Just a thought not sure if it wil actually work.

I just did some spongebob cakes. I used the wondermold pan as was suggested and it worked great! I made some "spines" for the top of the house from royal icing the day before and let them dry and then just piped the angled lines and dots on the house. I made the door and smoke stack from candy melts but I just used sugar candy windows.

You could also use the 3d egg pan. I saw one but can't remember where and am not having any luck searching the gallery here.

are you looking for something like this???? I would ask swipernoswiping (kids must be Dora fans!) how they did it.

i was going to suggest baking a cylinder cake in an empty/clean large juice can and then carving it, but smileyface's suggestion of the eggpan (with the bottom sliced off so it'll sit flat) is WAY better.
