When I had to make strawberry-banana filling I made cream cheese BC and added a mashed banana and some strawberry puree. It worked really well and tasted wonderful. HTH
I mixed Pastry Pride with fresh sliced strawberries and chunks of banana. I've heard this is called Banberry filling. It was very good! Good Luck!
Its a non dairy whipped topping that is sold frozen. You thaw it in the fridge and whip it up. It tastes good, it's lightly sweet. Not like buttercream. You can add powdered sugar or even extracts if you like. You can but it by the quart or gallon at Smart & Final.
