Wal-Mart's Soft, Frosted Sugar Cookies... Recipe....?

I love those cookies and I wanted to make some in different shapes (maybe) or with different colors or writings on them. Does anyone have a recipe or directions? Hopefully something you've tried out and liked!

They are made by a company called Lofthouse, and commonly referred to as Lofthouse cookies. I know I have seen recipes that say they taste the same, but have not tried any myself.
